CORE CURRICULUM

Classes begin at 9:00 AM, with six to seven regular lessons per day.

We form classes of 16 students each..

The program includes:

• Program based on the national curriculum

• Psychological and pedagogical support

• Extracurricular activities

The curriculum covers all mandatory and elective subjects prescribed by the official Serbian gymnasium program.

Students are provided with official textbooks in Serbian, designed to encourage modern, digital, and interactive learning.

The Merit School combines knowledge and skills, education and practice, students and their future.

LANGUAGES

The main foreign language is English, with the option to earn international language certificates.

Students choose a second foreign language:

  • German
  • French
  • Spanish

EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES

In addition to regular classes, The Merit School offers a specialized extracurricular skills program, which includes:

• Entrepreneurship – developing business ideas and practical projects

• Public Speaking – preparation for presentations, oratory, and communication

• Creative & Critical Thinking – problem-solving methods and innovative thinking

These skills are integrated through workshops, guest lectures, and practical assignments within the regular class schedule.

INDIVIDUAL SUPPORT & CAREER GUIDANCE


The program includes psychological and pedagogical support, monitoring each student’s progress, and professional career guidance to help students make timely decisions about choosing a university in Serbia or abroad.

GUEST EXPERTS

Each year, industry professionals from both Serbia and abroad join the program, leading workshops, debates, and practical exercises in entrepreneurship, communication, and creative work.

PHYSICAL EDUCATION & CULTURAL PROGRAM

Physical education classes take place in a variety of sports and recreational settings, including gyms, swimming pools, and parks. Students regularly attend significant cultural and sports events in Belgrade, which are integrated into the school program.
